For year’s Motorola were so quiet in the Android Smartphone Games but with the new introduction of their 2 most important flagships the Edge 20 Lite & Edge 20 Pro, they finally announce their return to the industry. With their partnership with Lenovo the Laptop Manufacturing Giant Company & also their partnership with Samsung for the camera Sensors, it’s evident Motorola knew it was about time they get back to the game.
Their partnership with Lenovo, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite Business Edition comes equipped with ThinkShield for mobile which is an extension of Lenovo’s ThinkShield portfolio that provides best-in-class security for any Android smartphone
The Pro model brings a flagship specs sheet with its’ 6.7-inch OLED display of speedy 144Hz refresh rate, 108 main cam and 8MP periscope module with 5x optical zoom. The Edge 20 houses the same 144Hz OLED panel and 108MP main shooter but substitutes the periscope for an 8MP telephoto module with 3x optical zoom. Edge 20 Lite dials back to a 6.7-inch 90Hz OLED and 108MP main cam.
Edge 20 Pro brings a Snapdragon 870 chipset with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage while the Edge 20 gets Snapdragon 778G with 6/8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Edge 20 Lite is left with a Dimensity 720 alongside 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The Edge 20 and 20 Pro share a 16MP ultrawide cam alongside the main 108MP Samsung ISOCELL HM2 sensor while the Edge 20 Lite gets an 8MP ultrawide snapper and 2MP depth helper.
The 20 edge Lite model is the leader of the pack with its 5,000mAh cell and 30W charging. The Edge 20 Pro gets a 4,500mAh cell while the vanilla model is left with a 4,000mAh cell and both also come with 30W charging speeds.
